Our General Liability practice is seeking motivated associates with 5 to 10 years of experience working on the defense of general liability matters (i.e., premises liability, personal injury, automobile/trucking accidents, construction defect, habitability matters, etc.). The position has the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid setup.Requirements Must be admitted to the State Bar of California 5-10 years of experience working on the defense of general liability matters, with significant experience conducting discovery, taking depositions, preparing and arguing motions, and assisting with trial preparation Ability to work independently with limited supervision Compensation The annual base salary for this position starts at $150,000 – $175,000 Robust bonus program ranging from $10,000 – $29,000 Benefits A variety of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans (some at no cost to the employee!)
